Self-represented defendant convicted of murder

A defendant who represented himself in a Georgia murder trial has been convicted of the 1995 strangling death of a flight attendant and the attack on her young son. Waseem Daker based his defense on the issue of reasonable doubt, questioning the validity and proper handling of evidence and bringing up other possible suspects who might have done the murder victim harm.
