Sen. Rand Paul Files Class Action Challenging Government Surveillance

Sen. Rand Paul (R- Ky.) on Wednesday announced a new class action lawsuit accusing the federal government of violating the Fourth Amendment rights of "everyone in America that has a phone" through the bulk collection of telephone call data.
