Did Fla. Voter Purge Break Federal Law?

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit heard arguments Thursday over whether the state of Florida broke federal law in purging names of non-citizens from voter rolls within 90 days of the 2012 presidential election.
