Suit Over Penn State Fines Allowed to Proceed Against NCAA

The Commonwealth Court has ruled that the Pennsylvania treasurer and head of the Senate appropriations committee have standing to sue the National Collegiate Athletic Association over the disposition of fines it receives from Penn State in relation to the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal.
