Panel Reinstates 'Undue Influence' Claims Against Attorney
An appellate panel has reinstated a suit accusing a New York attorney of using "undue influence" to get a client of more than 20 years to give him $1 million shortly before his death. The widow's brief alleges that the attorney "badgered a dying man just weeks before his death to succumb to his requests."
