Managing Expectations in a Post-Facebook World
Silicon Valley lawyers say they're getting more calls these days from entrepreneurs who want their attorneys to ensure they become the region's next superstar. Lawyers say it's their job to rein in young founders' sometimes unrealistic expectations and explain why sharing control with directors and investors can be good for a company.
